Shop finally got around to looking at my Pilot and determined it needs a stator. It has intermittent spark at high revs. Any advice where to get one and what gaskets I need? Thanks! |

Steve has one for sale on eBay. You may be able to contact him with a message and ask for a member discount. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1989-or-1990-HO ... zp&vxp=mtr It has to happen sooner or later, but I have not heard of one going bad. |

Hoe did you determine the stator is bad ? Describe intermittent spark at high revs? List all mods to the Pilot. You realize their is a rev limiter on the Pilot? Did you try cutting off about 1/4" of the spark plug wire at the spark plug boot end? |
