Parting out a new complete 1983 FL250...motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) turns over but does not run. Pull start seems to work fine. PM or call with question 908 399 3143 (leave a voicemail). Pictures attached.

I has no spark plug wire on the spark plug. Wont run like that.  IMO it is hard to part out a FL250. There were so many made that there is not much demand for many parts. Id keep it whole and sell. No I wouldn't, I would repair it and ride it!!!!
