Well this badass unit has been sitting in my clean warm/dry non-musty non-smoker basement workshop for too long now. I don't have any empty chassis's for this Engine and do not feel like swapping it with my #1 buggy's Engine (which runs great). And I don't want to fleaBay this thing to some non-member shmo, so here I am. I really want to see this thing running instead of sitting. As you'll read every bearing is new, the crank is true, new seals throughout, Pete Garrison "G-Force" water-jacketed jug with hillside honda-like head with water temp sending unit. Also comes with the Jemco pipe (which racer Bill Keefe ran with this Engine, see link below to see pics), a Klemm Research silencer, and a 102c clutch (good, but will need tuned). Starter is rebuilt as well. Recoil start rebuilt with new cord. No intake manifold included. I do not have any spare "Dan-i-Folds" either. If you're looking for a full'er package I do have a CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition), coil, transmission, fuel tank, Engine mounts, and a few different Mikuni & Keihin carb available to choose from. For extra $$'s of course. Here are some blasts-from-the-past threads on this Engine from when I first bought it and when I put it together. Take a look b/c every square inch of this build is covered with pics. KUDOS to Hoser for his hard drive space to preserve these photos rather than history getting erased by Photobucket's greed. http://www.pilotodyssey.com/PO/viewtopic.php?f=104&t=15186 It's never seen fuel. I spray a shot of fogging oil in the intake and plug hole once every 1-2mo and I pull the recoil every couple weeks. Still "thunks" with strong compression when she rolls over (aka: rings aren't stuck). Sits in my dry heated basement workshop. Will ship UPS or Fedex. Engine will be shipped in a tightly-packed rubbermaid tote. Pipe will ship in separate box. I haven't weighed or measured anything, but assume $50-$80 to ship in USA-48. ** TAKING OFFERS. ** PM me for offers and/or what you think it's worth (no sandbaggers! lol). Thanks! Dan

I knew that wouldn't last long. I hope you still hang around and chat on the site. |
