Not sure if you know or not but atvbushing.com made a nice kit for the FL400. You could call them and see if they are still available.

With the urethane bushings you remove the old bearings and insert the bushings and crush sleeve.

I was able to get a good used arm from site member Socalgii

If that’s the issue... make some new ones out of delrin, it works great, put a nice shoulder on it and if you make them with different shoulder thicknesses you can change the caster as needed.

I don't throw away any old/broken parts, it is kind of a problem.

Going back to your suggestion on the delrin, I think that is a great idea and have started to look into this option. I do not have a lathe to do this myself, yet. I found this company that will make them to order with your specs. Great alternative as I am told the urethane kits can be rather squeaky
