Is a fl350 and fl400 pilot shifter the same?

Yes I believe they are. If you look up the fl350 shifter on partzilla it crosses to the fl400 as well, but not the other way around. The one difference I know for sure is the pilot had a different stamping on the shift knob that was purely visual.

The mechanisms look different but are similar enough on my two FL350 and FL400. Looks like they should be interchangeable mounting-wise. The FL400 says LIFT on the knob whereas the 350 does not, but they both need to be lifted to move. I would think it be easier to find a 350 shifter?

Also for the actual knob itself; nothing stopping you from getting some generic metal/wood/plastic/8-ball knob. They just screw on.

All I can find right now is one for fl400. Kinda pricey. Still looking for fl350 one. Have a few leads just waiting to hear back.

i dug out the box of stixs stuff there was only a shift knob its a pilot knob. It did have two e-brake handles assembly that the buttons are messed up. not worth anything. Sorry i could not help After i went thru box i remember stix working on his shifters something got messed up with the ball bearing inside the unit if memory serves. He had to take a few apart to fix. he may have a post on here on how he fixed them.
