The redline is a bit on the low side.
The FL350 will spin 9250 rpm +

Stock Salsbury clutches explode at around 9000 rpm.
Comet 94c clutches good to 9500 +

THX Curtis.
I was just curious because you can get custom gauges made and they only cost $130 usa.
I did cut/paste on my computer and used a ruler to try to measure it compared to the CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) unit it was beside and it came in at 4". Obviously I measured wrong - LOL - not the first time I have been wrong.

File comment: Kind of like this.
You could get the red line marked on as well probably but it would be more money. This is the 8K unit but they have them in all rpm ranges.

I made my own tacho.....i didn't want to use a NOS on a user pilot so i looked around for someone that would do the job and look OEM....anyways after much research i found the one that work perfect, looks OEM and has a red line of 11,000RPM ...i did re-can the tach and should of painted the rill but still looks good and works great....
The tacho is from a NSR 125 (some 250's also) unfortunately i don't think the states got many NSR's but we got loads over here in Europe.....
