if you have a good Honda dealer that is willing, some have a shared data base that they can check inventory of other dealers in the same system.
good luck

Just for fun I called Honda dealer near me.
The number I had her run was: 13013-VM0-305 Piston ring set
She said that it shows back ordered but the important part is that it did NOT show discontinued. She said it must still be in the system. If it's in the system then it's located somewhere whether it's here in Canada, USA or inventory somewhere she said. She also told me that it's $100 Canadian for the set. So obviously those rings are somewhere.
Get the Honda dealer near you to run the number.
The parts book I got does not indicate exactly what size those are but it does say: RING SET, PISTON (0.50)
If the original set was a 78mm then this set would be 78.5mm which is what you want.
