they pop up on FB "honda FL350/FL400 Parts and Buggies for sale" group, I'd say asking price for what you have in mind will be $6-$7K

there is one listed by a Don Murdock, it says to ask at Cycle Central Loveland CO 80538m it's listed $8999, I doubt if he is really serious about selling it at that price, way overpriced IMO, but it is local to you, might be worth checking out and if you don't have to travel far then you can consider the travel savings.
I did not pay much attention to the condition, for that $ it had better be really good, you can do a compression check, if they don't let you pull the plug you could at least pull the pull start cord.

I just looked at the pictures, front bumper is kind of bashed, other than that it looks like a $6500 pilot to me, they also have 2 more in the picture
