Okay, after many of years hemming and hawing , it's a sad fact I will never get to ride this enough or complete anything I ever intended.

BTW - as a testament to how long it's been since I've done anything on this, it took me an hour just to find my user name on this site - not sure how many years it's been since I've been on.

I am including a link to a photo album, and a spreadsheet. At the end I have also listed some additional items not in the photos, but included.

As for how I got most of these parts, some parts came from Randy at OdySalv, hell of a nice guy BTW, and the rest were good finds. Some of the parts came off a custom framed race Pilot I picked up as a pile of parts, but they were some real gems once I cleaned them off.

Yes, there are alot of hard to find items and awesome/expensive parts, alot - nobody knows more than me.

If you think this will be a listing a 3K pilot, stop reading.

I am selling it at 10K for the entire package - I did some quick lookups and math and it looks like the parts alone could bring near 10K, then toss a nice pilot in for free!

I am motivated to sell the whole lot. I am less motivated to sell it piece by piece. This will make sense to someone who wants a running pilot, can have a complete spare high-performance Engine and drivetrain and then have enough spares to either sit on, support other pilot owners or sell off.

Now that I have done the hard part of finding and photo'ing everything, it's either sell it all as one lot or just sell the pilot and let the parts dribble out as they find the right buyer.

I will post this on other sites in a few days, but I figured this is best community to try and find a new home.

If you have specific questions, I am here to answer. I've done my best to show the parts as accurately and honestly as possible.

As for the Pilot - it is in great shape. Last time I touched it was a few years ago, I drained the fuel tank, built a custom skid and put it up in the racks in my warehouse.

While great shape, not perfect of course. Notable point deductions would be:

1. cracked front fender, zip tied together (can't remember if it is right or left) ... but I have a NOS replacement fender in the box - I never had the guts to put it on - it was either THE last or one of the last Honda fenders out there
2. lights replaced with HID lights - they are certainly better, just not original
3. seat is torn
4. cage is slightly wonky , but not much - maybe 1/2" out or so, likely from a rollover, long before it met me
5. 1 rear oem rim has a ding in it from before me, but the tire holds air and has never been a problem - steel rim so it could be straightened out.

Additional items to be included - but not shown

1. Aluminum rim rear sand tires - excellent condition
2. aluminum bead lock rims - pretty banged up, tires will need to go, but the rims are solid chunks - these came off a race car bundle I bought
3. the silicone hoses that someone was selling on this site - I grabbed a set - they are up in the seat of the pilot in the racks - not pulling it down for that photo!

This thing was rock solid and tons of fun. When everyone elses latest badass 100K rigs were breaking down - I just kept on running around. I'll be sad to let it go. All the time, people who stop by my shop smile like hell when they see it. Stuff like that makes it hard to let it go, but it's not doing anygood collecting dust.

Help bring it home... let me know and thank for reading

***Edited - sorry, there are some Odyssey FL250 parts in the list as well - leftovers from a previous buggy - I would break those out and sell them as a lot if needed.

Bill

Hey longtime no see, sorry to see your selling, congratulations to the whoever the new owner is.

Whats with the JB weld on the top of the cylinder by the cooling jackets was that a mod for the cool head, any idea who did the porting, I never seen that MP on any of the Pilots before.
