This should be around for the next month or two, after these are gone I'm won't be ordering for another 6 months or maybe a year depending upon demand.

These are the same ones from same guy as rocketman but now are grooved inside to take grease, if you want you can install a grease fitting.

These bushings and sleeves are used in place of seal, bearing, collars that honda uses. upper and lower front arms and the upper rear arms take these bushings

Fronts are a straight install, the same set for the front will work on the rear with slight mods, instructions are included. $90. a set includes shipping in the US, knock off $5. if getting them in person preferably at a ride.

This is my cost to PO guys only, no dealers, reselling, returns, bitching or whining, please pass them on to a buddy but at cost, I am not a company stocking and selling stuff, I just got a better deal for the group. if you don't get them or they are screwed up let me know but otherwise its all good.

the set for the pilots also fits 400ex 300ex and I think all the honda quads, he has other sets for other quads ect.
go to http://www.atvbushings.com/id2.html to see other applications and products. Also if anybody doesn't want to wait feel welcome to call them yourself and pay the bump, otherwise expect them towards end of next week.

Those who want the bushings PM me how many sets and for what vehicle.

1 set will do 1 complete pilot front end or the pilot's rear arms twice, i doubt i will break a set in half but if a couple guy do ask I guess it be easy enough to do.

please include complete shipping address

Looks like a great deal for the guys, but i have one question, most delrin is not intended to be gresed, some petroleum based products and plastic don't get along, anyhow do you know the delrins model? ptfe injected etc etc...

I am pretty sure these are made from urethane and i have no clue which hardness ect, i doubt the guy making them does either, I think he gets some off the shelf suspension parts and modifies them to fit the pilot.

I understand some rubber products suffer ill effects of oil based grease but never heard about it for urathane, if you know something please clue us in, no feelings will get hurt, just want the best product / info we can get. As far as I know I don't think its that delrin that doesn't like grease. Delrin is self lubricating and there fore doesn't need it, but i have little to zero experience in, i would still use grease.

Are you the guy I spoke with in chatroom about making the bushings out of derlin?
If so i think its still a great idea, and would bump these bushings for a same priced delrin set, make it happen, i doubt i will ever get past sending a few sets of these out.
