you can get around pay pal.. The seller can only advertise paypal.. He cannot say he can accept other terms.. he cannot require it in the end.. Buy it and say, see you in a day with cash... worked for my last two ody's If you knotice , he says 1300 later in the paragraph.... looks like he wants 1300 for it..

I prefer paypal for purchases-no cash.Protection of Paypal in nice for me,plus it is easier.

I am awaiting the seller reply to my email, if he accepts PAYPAL as a purchase I will buy that-parts machine for sure.
