Dune buggy boards.

People are always trying to buy a titled frame to transfer their illegal or stolen buggy parts to make it legal.

You don't need a titled frame in California to get a green sticker, just take your receipts to your local CHP office for an inspection, they run the numbers, check your receipts and give you paperwork to take to the DMV to get your title and sticker, piece of cake.

I just go to vermont if I need a registration/title. you just need to use some address there but I have the address on the VT registration my NY address. they don't title atv's or any vehicle for that matter over 15 years old. all you need is a bill of sale, you then get transferable registration. I bring that back to the ny dmv and say I want to register my vehicle and give them the old registration and then you get a real title.

I'm not referring to anyone buying a "vehicle", I'm referring to people looking for a "titled" frame.

A bill-of-sale used to get a title won't save you if it turns out the vehicle was stolen (even from another state), cops will just take your "title" with the vehicle when they take it back to it's rightful owner.
