Study the pics... who wants to come to ZIP 43065 (~Columbus, OH) and get this big box of parts? Everything you see in the photos is what you get. There is one overall photo, and then close ups of everything.

Or, try www.uship.com. They could probably move 1 big box pretty inexpensively, and it is not like something is going to get damaged.

Not sure what it is all worth... shoot me an offer. Probably use what you need and eBay the rest an make your money back and more.

By chance would you sell some parts individually? I would love to purchase that crank,steering column assembly and bottom end assembly if possible.
