I need someone to help me out here.
I need one of the rubber thingies the battery box sits in.

Without one of these things the battery box wiggles around and eventually breaks the mount on the box.

none around that i know of - looks like you'll need to find one used or try your local hardware store. since that rubber piece is a friction fit you may be able to find somehting that will work. maybe a rubber gromet will work.

I ran into the same problem with mine. I ended up cutting out the bottom of the battery tray and remaking it with some 1/8" flat stock and bent it up to hold the battery good and tight so it wouldn't move around. Added a piece of rubber to the part that hinges and holds the battery in place on top. So far all has been good.

update
I was able to use the radiator rubber mount off a old basket case frame. It appears to be the same thing :-)
thanks for the replies
