I called the local Honda dealer "stealer" they said they could get one for $25.38, Hope I don't have to spend that much on one.

Would this work? Anyone know of any other online stores that would carry one?

Looks like the link has changed....?

Thanks

i believe you can use a standard t, and then put a jet inline on one end that would normally be used with the stock T. May want to ask around, someone here has done it. Maybe Nuke Em?

No need to buy just a standard T online, any auto parts house will carry them.

Try using a 190 main jet in the line that returns to the top of the gas tank.

If you have fuel starvation problems at WOT (Wide Open Throttle), use a smaller jet size.

instead of using the check valve that is a special $25 T from honda, replace it with a T that you buy from your local auto parts house (napa, autozone whatever) making sure that it is fuel resistant. Install the T as you would the check valve, place a 190 main jet from a carburetor inside of the fuel line or screw it into the T making sure it fits tightly in the line or screws into the T (whatever you prefer) and wont come out. This only allows so much fuel to pass through it, essentially like a fuel pressure regulator which is what the check valve from honda was. Once the pressure got so high it bled off the excess through the return line to the top of the tank.

Watch your carb vent and over flow tubes while your trying to dial in your restrictor in the return fuel line (carb jet) if you have too much pressure (too small of a jet) installed under some conditions you can cause flooding like going over a bunch of rough ground or bumps bouncing the carb good if the float bounces and their is a lot of pressure pushing on the needle once you bounce a bunch of gas under pressure (more than required) is forced into the carb and causes it to flood.

So while riding if you see gas coming out the over flow tubes or if they are wet and dripping you might try a larger get to bypass more fuel to the tank.

Should be picking up a 190 main jet after work today. Hope that will do the trick. I'll keep an eye on the carb.

Thanks Hoser.
