I started working on the Purple Pilot Eater! I am taking the front end and painting it to match the rest of the odyssey! Hoser sent my motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) back, so I am getting this thing cleaned up!

I have no seeds, and as seen I am kinda dry here too... Always use caution when chop sawing near dry grass... lol

Thank you! This is up on jacks so the front will settle more once it is on all four, plus the Engine is now it it so it is heavier!
Starting the carb with a 52 slow jet and a 160 main
I pulled a keihen off my kids first cr125r which was a 96! I can't find my notes from before, but the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) will be all new anyway!

ok I have started it, but i have to just barely push the throttle to get it to idle, so I will go up on my pilot jet to a 60

I didnt have a 60, biggest I had was a 55.. needs a 58 or 60... Got it to barely stay idleing enough to move on to putting the seat back in, go to town for 2 hose clamps I have lost, and then I'll take it for a spin...
I need a 39 pwk carb like I had/swapped into pilot...
Anyone have one for trade???

All I have left to do is put the seat in, belts on and button up the skid plates and she is ready to ride! I am headed to barstow, and am taking the pilot, just wish I had the chance to take both! I need a different carb, the one off my kids bike won't accept the choke cable because it has the idle control on the choke tab!

Well I drove the PPE around the place a little today. First thing to do when I get back is to fix the brakes! I guess sitting all that time they went bad on me... I have spare pads so it should be an easy fix... Then I need a battery... Again after so long it too was shot... Then I will need some bigger jets. I didn't have enough pilot jet, but I shut the air screw down to one turn out and she wasn't so hot on the digitron. I tried putting the stock carb back on, but the elbow is stretched to much, so I will have to make this carb work for now...
I think I have the turning set up a lot better, almost as tight as the pilot on my little track around the yard. I will know more when I can get it stopped LOL
