Here is a link to the fuel gage mod I did to the tank. Its a simple mag/reed switch that completes the circuit and turns on a light when the fuel level reaches about a 1/4 tank level. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2145&hilit=420 |

Thanks Nukem! I'm going to add one of those to my buggy. How about showing off your brake light mod. I'd like to do that to mine as well. I wish these machines came with them. I'm worried someone might get into the back of me and tweak my frame.(the main reason I want to find a rear bumper.) |

What about a 2stage bulb for my snorkel box? Im not positive but i think i need a different bulb? Doh! That means I gotta bleed these damn brakes again.(sad face) |

That means I gotta bleed these damn brakes again.(sad face) Yeah you would need to modify the brake light box with a socket for an 1157 bulb. im sure you could use somthing like this to do so http://www.summitracing.com/parts/pco-5 ... dia/images and in theory, bleeding the brakes should not be as bad since you arent loosing the prime through the master cylinder. |
