I need another project like I need a another hole in my head, good thing is the ol lady will never notice one more project in the row, lol.

I have not had a chance to really check it out. The guy said it ran good one day then would not start the next and thought it may be points. I tried the pull starter and it felt like really low compression. Serial numbers say US90 but the stickers say atc90. I will have to check 3ww.com for info unless anyone else has some on these machines.

MY first ATV was a US90.

Great score I call first dibs on it if you ever want to sell.

It has points, I doubt the points are the problem I rode the piss out of mine for 9 years never touched the points, pull the cover look at them if they look ok look else where my guess is bad kill switch or bad connection, check all the connections.

Only time I never had spark on mine was when the spark plug cap got wet take it apart blow it all out check all the seals make sure its good and not grounding.

You patch the tires on the outside you don't plug, I guess you could try a plug in a pin hole I never tried plugs only used patches, never had a patch fail unless it was worn off then I just replaced it.

You better not leave that outside in the row with the others........

Those tires are worth more than my neighbors 22's on their shiny POS wannabe SUV...........

looks cool, certainly hard to find and a good collectible to have. I heard somewhere they would float on their own with those balloon tires, never seen one in person though.

I can vouch for that they will float on their own, I mom has pics of mine in a pond some place...

Those tires really rock in the snow, you just remove the valve stems until all the air comes out with the full weight of the 3 wheeler on the tires then put the valve stem back in and go ride, 0 psi baby.

Yeh that US90 is really nice has all the rare parts, stinger exhaust, oem grab, oem bars, all the safety decals....a restro would be quite easy......
Try the points but if it looks nice and clean under the cover then good chance its the coil, common fault...
here's my two ...

Pete
