Just wanted to post a few pics of my sons Odyssey project. He wants one to look like a "SoCom" military special forces type machine. I desided a OD flat green n flat black color scheme. I have some ideas brewing for later to finish it up. I'll post updates as they happen....

Ya, my garage in Wyoming.

I have been getting help from my younger son(18) and his buddy(elitespecialkid). My oldest will be 21 in April...man I feel OLD!!! I will have a decent silencer on the DG when we get there.

We have been working the track pretty hard with a couple of Odysseys. I put the Works shocks back on the 420...NICE ride again!

Check this out Hoser, my sons trucks automatic tranny went out Sunday, he got my black truck to tow me back and the throw out bearing came apart just before he got to me. Both trucks have over 200K on original trannies so I cant complain...much, but both at the same time! Aw come on! Been doing work on them in the garage last couple of days. My black trucks clutch still has lots of life left in it. Guess I am easy on clutches??? Prob could have gotten 300K on the disc. I am changing it anyway, got it that far down. I am always towing stuff and a lot of 10,000lb loads over the years too. Should have been dead long ago.

I am battling removing whats left of the pilot bearing raceway in the crank. There is nothing to hook the slide hammer to. Thinking the grease trick???? Any ideas?

If sized right all clutches will last 200k miles when you know how to drive them ask the son if he was resting his foot on the clutch petal when driving to you

Nope on the resting, he said he was down shifting from 5th to 4th. Dealer said if I get a drill bit exactly the same size, that should clean it out perfectly. Makes sense to me. New bearing is exactly 1" so off to find a big bit.

Hi David! Any time on the alum foot tub, no rush yet. I did think you might bring up the yellow/purple combo! That is unique to say the least, this will be too.
