Hello had some time to day worked brackets cutting them out of steel.
Changed the design a little. Add some material a round the slider pin holes on the out side. So I could get bronze bushings and rod wiper seals in
http://www.mfpseals.com/category.php?id=132 (Metal Clad Wiper – Nitrile)
This bracket will be rebuild able and will not use the stock
45131-***-006 bolt pins slider bolts $9.05 each
45133-***-006 boots rubber $2.9 each
45112-***-006 RETAINER, BRACKET spring clips $3.16 each no longer available

Replacement parts
2 bronze bushing
4 rod wiper seals
2 custom slider bolts made out of grade 8 allen bolt

Weight is only 1 pond more then stock

Making this bracket out of aluminum is not a good idea with replaceable bushing the cross-sections is too thin and might brake and I don’t need that. This is guts for the rebuild able style bracket.
thanks for looking
speedchaser

I installed Speedchasers prototype aluminum bracket on my pilot yesterday. The fit and finish is excellent.
I did have to bend the ears of the wear indicator clip in slightly in order for it to snug up to the bracket. All other clips fit perfect. Bolts up to tranny with no problems.
I will put some miles on it this weekend and report back. :-)
