A better way of shielding/protecting that area needs to be addressed.
I fixed up one calliper by rolling my own bush around a suitably sized drill bit shank, from a thin polished sheet of stainless steel.
The SS sheet was just scrap from a kitchen flue,worked perfectly,but everytime I've tried to fix/fill the rotor slot hole,it does'nt last long.
I have lots of pics of it in my threads,maybe the FL800/AC550pilot thread? I'll look.

well if there is a call for the rebuild able Steel ones
start a new thread if we can get MIN of 10 or more I will run them at the same price $145 free ship in U.S.A.
I build the steel ones to fit the fl350 & fl400
