Hi speedchaser. Looks great! That's good that it will use one of those easy to come by mikuni rubber carb adapters, very easy to change carb size.
I was wondering if you had any interest in making a manifold/adapter like this for a cr250M cylinder ? It's the cylinder that bolts on to the stock fl250 bottom end. The manifolds are not available from Honda and the only one available is a very expensive one some guy has Custom made on eBay. It's a very popular cylinder and has a lot of guys in ahrma using them. I'm sure there would be a market for them if it could be made cheaper. It would probably be simpler than this one there is only 4 bolts on the manifold since there is no reed cage ( piston port). Would you like some pics?

Speed, is the offset correct, the angle should go from the top down, not just 1 side as pictured. My stock intake is angled out on the top about 10 degrees, mabye 15-and tapers down to the the bottom of the intake, am I looking at this right?

I sure will Speedchaser-I'll ask Hoser to install it on my motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) he is doing for me, and I will also ask him to use the crank as well.I do have a stock air box waiting for this specific purpose-I'll need to heat the intake on it to accept the 38mm TM but we will see.THANKS SO SO MUCH for this and the crank rebuild Speedchaser, cannot thank you enough for the top notch craftmanship on these.I am really looking forward to the intake as there are not any choices for the 84/85 TECATE motors for intake, the MOSSBARGER 1 is not in anyway the correct intake as we all saw here, so it will really help me out on future projects!!!

Speedchaser, I mounted the manifold tonight. It has a slight issue. One of the holes is too close to the alumn ans it does not sit flat on the manifold. Can I send it back to you for modifications please? I'll mark the hole on the manifold and send a bolt with it to you.
