Here is RPM's billet gear box it was design for quick gear changes and moved the inboard CV joints into the trans, closer together so you can use longer axles get more travel.

Pink arrow pointing at the CV inside the trans.

Tons of other detials in that pics if you stare at it long enough you will be amazed at the amount of time it took someone to think it all up then fabricate then TEST you don't find many cars in this class that worked as well as this one.

Check out the trick FOX AIR SHOX notice anything unusual their.

I remember back when I bought my FOX AIR shox a self proclaimed shock suspension expurt now a 'tech guru' on another site tried to tell me FOX sux and I would not like them, now, 6 years later let me tell you I LOVE them they ROCK, NEVER could anybody that thinks they know anything about shocks could be so WRONG, I have put more hours miles, millions of bumps and jumps on these without only ONE problem that problem I created by not having the shock setup correctly, since I corrected the problem it has never happen again. Over the years other 'tech gurus' proclaim once again FOX is cheap and uses poor materials and are the bottom line of the shock industry and you need to use ELKA or Custom Axis bla bla bla but we don't see many of them being used now more than ever you see the FOX AIR being used on home builts and Drakarts and working quite well I might add.

Moral of this story is 'time will tell' and it has don't be fooled by someone that talks a good game try to look for the end result, useage and testing, pay attention to how many miles the 'tech guru' has actually use something...

Under the hood details, this car sports a CR500 cylinder on a Pilot bottom end but is 410cc has a MSD ignition.

Note bracing details for the shox that don't work well and the X for frame strength, alot of other details their too.

Why did everyone run the car tires? I have the set for my briggs and I didn't like them, no traction, prone to punctures, and the extra height hurt my bottom end power. Any more pics of the older gen buggy?

Class rules.... had to be a DOT approved production tire you can groove them any way you liked, everybody ran BFG's because they paid really good contingency money and they had the best 13" tire tread design.

Some place I have more pics just havent found them yet.
