Found the mirrors. They have had masking tape over the mirror part for who knows how long and when I peeled it off alot of it is stuck to the mirror. Any ideas on the best way to clean them?
Pics attatched. Sry I don't have the rubber boots for either one.

Good to see you back in the saddle again.

You figure out the idle/air screw adjustment thing ok, no smoking at idle when the Engine is warm?

One rear tire looks to have more air in it than the other.

Your going to get dirty without fenders.

Is that just a K&N filter? http://www.pilotodyssey.com/PO/view ... ht=filters

You should be able to take the mirror to a glass shop and have a mirror cut and glued in it just wont have that fish-eye things are closer than they appear look to it, better than nothing :-) Reminds me I need to do one of my Pilot mirrors...

yep it is a K&N, i have the outerware silicon glued down.. would it be a good idea to wrap a stock foam filter over the outerware (and hold it on with nylon)?

no smoking when warm

air was off lol good catch i just fixed it

i already am dirty.. im gonna try and fab some fenders from a blaster sometime soon after i fix hole in foot tub.

and here are some plug pics..

ran break in procedure and here is my compression data after tank and a half of fuel.

using 3 layer gasket
before first heat cycle - 138 psi

after first heat cycle - 140 psi

after second heat cycle - 140 psi

after half tank of boring throttle burp riding - 142psi

after full tank and completion end of break in - 143psi

another half tank and still at 143/144 psi

from bore through break in gained about 5/6 psi.

top speed at WOT (Wide Open Throttle) on gps says 61.3mph! it is faster than my previous cylinder which was 82mm and that cylinder had moderate port job too..

jetting is good, a little rich but still good. i will leave it as is until it gets warmer throughout the season.

i will get some videos up soon!
