Tonight I had a few extra minutes... I got my new seat cover in today so I decided to toss that on!
http://www.ebay.com/itm/FL250-HONDA-ODY ... 741wt_1270

That is the exact cover I purchased. I decided on the more expensive one as it had padding sewn into it, and it was extremely close to stock. It also came with two nice Honda Decals! EXCELLENT product. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I think it came out great.

Alright. Lots of stuff is on my agenda tomorrow. If everything goes smoothly I should have this machine ready to go(thanks to bighead for the parts!)

Tomorrow:
Break Bead on rear tires and install them.
Install new exhaust gasket, clean carbon out of exhaust port and manifold
Install new seat
Install fresh belt gaurds/skids
Clean, paint, and install new exhaust

Front tires are installed, throttle is hooked up and working great.

Project complete after about 600 dollars total! Well.. they are never truly complete.(I still need a intake tube for the upper to lower airbox)

Here are some before and afters and a few bonus videos :-) It has alot more torque than my last 250 odyssey which I attribute to better clutching. Thank you BIGHEAD for your help with this! Some plug chops coming soon

We're still holding back on opening it up all the way as the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) has been sitting for quite a few years.

Congrats on the build. Looks really good.

Was that baffle stock or from another pipe? It did not look the same as some of the others I had. It's not the same or the little derection flap on the end is broke off.

I don't think it's stock. It doesnt look like anything was cut/broke off either. Sounds nice though!

Hey man, I have that heat shield for the exhuast pipe I could not get off before. I bought an impact screw driver to get them off.

Free of charge just pay the shipping if you want it.

Yep. I think the fuel filter is clogged.. The pickups in the tank are patent but no fuel is being pulled through the filter.. either that or the pump.
