did you get your motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) also from him or just the mount? well i put everything in i had to grind one of the gas tank mounts and a mount that held the belt cover on but its a really tight fit maybe i should have went with the 470 kit but the people on utube looked like they where going fast i want to too does my belt look like its lined up right? what kind of cover should i use for my flywheel as you see theres not thaqt much space do i need one? i would think so now i just need to figure out what im going to do with that man this thing costing alot of money wish i would have know how much better those pilots where before i bought my fl350 but i guess when ever im done with this one ill just have to buy one but it doesnt look like this well be done for a while it well be ride able in about 2 weeks but i still want to get it powder coated when i get out of school and do some other things to it

Are you running an electric starter? If not i would like to buy the ring gear off of that clutch. Less rotating mass with it removed :D

If you are going to use electric start and want to just cover the flywheel, i just cut out a piece of aluminum and bolted it to the end of the Engine.

Just be sure to carry an emergency pull-start rope with you. You can wrap it around the TRA clutch sheave and start it. :-)

Your radiator is in a bad spot. Your helmet is gonna hit it tgd first time yoi hit any rough stuff. Should be a few inches behind it the main rollcage hoop so your head doesnt hit it and also so you can fill it

Post subject:  Re: fl350 project

yeah ill have to take off the roof every time i fill it if my helmet hits it ill have to put some sheet metal there
