I should be installing a water cooled head this weekend. Got a nice Banshee radiator in the mail yesterday from 'Fatcat', thanks again :-) . Looking for some ideas on the best way to mount the radiator.

Any tips, detailed pictures would be appreciated.

I use 3/4 x 1/8 aluminum to make the mounts. It bolts to the rollcage in the same holes as the head net.

Yep, do what you can to use existing holes or bolts on the chassis. No sense in hackin' it up.

I made the upper bracket that used both L and R brake light / snorkel mounts, and the lower bracket piggy-backed off the top safety harness bolts (in a proper manner, I might add). Made a couple radiator brackets and used some threaded rod to pull it all together.
