I see what you are saying, in the pictures it looks like a fresh bore without a final hone.... I looked thru my pictures and unfortunatly I didn't take anymore pictures of the cylinder..... When I assembled the Engine I didn't notice the bore looking the way it did in the pictures, I remember the cylinder looked cross hatched.... I would Expect that L.A Sleeve did a good job with my cylinder because they are a respectable company.... But who knows !!!!! Shit happens..... If the cylinder wasn't honed properly what ill affects will this have on my Engine ? Should I pull the head off and inspect the cylinder to make sure ? Dune Dart |

IMG 1953 looks like it has a good cross hatch to me. |
