At the moment the harness is not mounted, but it will be a tab on the bottom bar for each side of the lap belt and one on the upper cage bar behind the seat for the shoulder belts. I may just run the stock belts though, I have a set in pretty good shape. I will get pictures up soon though, hopefully. |

Have been slacking on taking pictures. The Engine has been to the Engine shop and now has a wisco piston, but has not been started quite yet. Lots of little things have been done, including adding grease fittings to the steering, putting the wiring in and lots of new hoses. Trying to get my banshee fuel tank mounted. It is 3.2 gallons and was only $30. Hope it works. Might mount a little jerry can in the front for some extra fuel capacity. |

Mine had a bunch of rust and I liked the deletion of the fuel pump in favor of the gravity feed. |

WARNING.....DO NOT GRAVITY FEED! The stock fuel valve is not large enough to allow for proper fuel delivery at wide open throttle. You will run it lean and burn a hole through the top of the piston! You can use you banshee tank, just use the fuel pump and put a return line in the top of the Banshee tank just like the Ody tank has. Rand |

Have not done much with the gas tank lately. Got rear brakelines in place with the new brake pads and plumbed up the trx450/fl350 front brakelines. Then came the brake bleeding. Took forever, did not help that I had the hand levers not lined up so I was not opening the reservoir all the way. It was much faster after I go the handles adjusted. Next is the gas tank and getting the Engine running. I understand that gravity feeding is not the way to go. What pump should I use to facilitate the fueling system? |

Find a stock one if you can. They also sell rebuild kits. I have this Mikuni rectangular one on my #1 buggy and it has served me and my stock-carb machine well well. Only one bolt holding it on, but it has gone absolutely nowhere. Like the catalog page says, its a 14 LPH pump. http://www.bikebandit.com/spi-fuel-pump?utm_source=feed&utm_medium=merchantfeed&utm_campaign=pla&gclid=CIaCr-_4kbwCFYkWMgodsSAARQ After$hock sells the same pump for $12 more! They also sell the adapter plate, but for the same $12 + s/h you can spend 15min and make your own adapter plate. |

fully wrote: any binding of the u-joints with the new shocks Have not checked yet, as I had smaller bolts, which let it drop farther out. The shock is about 1/2" longer than the stockers. Putting limiting straps on it, to prevent pulling the shock apart, like the stocker. |
