Post subject:  FL 350 with Sea Doo Engine?

Hi there, I'm new to this world. I've bought a beat up FL350 for change and would like to make it a tameable beast. I've read a lot on sled Engine swaps but in my country (Paraguay) where the lowest temperature in winter is 40° F sleds aren't available. We do have a lot, a LOT, sea doos and other watercrafts. Well, since they are basically the same engines as the ones on sled I was wondering if anyone has seen/done a swap like this. I've searched all over for info on this but haven't found any. Help will be greatly apreciated. By the way I am starting on the A-Arm conversion.

I don't believe this will work as all of the watercraft I have seen do not have a tapered shaft to be able to mount a variable type clutch on.

There might be one out there with a tapered crank shaft but I don't know of one. Doesn't mean it can't be done though!
