Chappie-Shasta OHV Park about 15 minutes from Redding, CA
It's mainly BLM land.

We finally got just enoughe rain enough to settle the dust and it was an all weekend riding adventure.

Outstanding video production!

When it first started and I heard the music I thought it was going to suck I am glad I watched the whole thing, you actually get it you understand video production, do you do this for a living?

I can see you took great care and time to compile the footage to make this video.

Your Odyssey looks great hope you can get some fenders in the future.

I noticed a noise in the video like a Engine backfire or was something hitting the mic?
Looks like a great place to ride I wish I lived closer.

What camera did you use?

Thank you! Glad you stuck around through the sucky part hahaha

No I don't do video production for a living I just do it for fun on the weekends!
I shot the video Saturday and edited it Monday night after work.

Fenders are coming soon ;-)

I have zero backfires the popping sound you hear in the video is the tip of my huge helmet hitting the roll cage! I still need to pad the bars.
If anyone wants directions this is a public riding spot and I would be glad to show you guys around!

I used a GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition to record the entire thing last Saturday.

Nice job.

Looks like a cool spot.

Do you have a harness? Hard to tell in the vid.

How tall are you? Just curious.

There was not harness or restraints installed in these videos but I do have both and I plan on installing those this week along with the roll bar padding and skid plates that were missing during the test run.

I am 6'2" and I fit in there but just freakin barely. I used the stock seat but added 2" of heavy duty waterproof foam so you sit forward a little more even with the seat back all the way.

Yeah that 2-3 hours of just playing around on the mountains trails really beat me up pretty good. Gonna be nice to have some straps holding me in and some padding especially around the legs where my knees hit the size bars in the rough stuff.

Where did you get the Power Pro's pipe and how much?

I am looking at the DG ones now (National vs Extreme) for about $225 vs $266 on ebay.
Yes I know they are crazy loud...

Also, does anyone know if I can run the Boyesen 607 reeds without the stock metal pieces that go over the pedals? Someone had already removed them from mine before I got it.
Will the fiberglass reeds run fine without them or do they need the reinforcement?

I got my pipe from Fat Cat who is no longer on the forums.

I'm not sure if you can even by them new anymore. If I remember right when they were still making pipes for the Fl350 & 400 there was like a 6 month wait.

The DG pipe is poor quality and will require a different silencer to be Comifornia legal. Here is picture of the install of my FMF Quiet Core II to make it legal.

Thanks for the reply, I went ahead and got a DG ordered anyhow since it doesnt look like there are many other options out there. I don't mind adding a FMF to make it legal down the road.

Do you mind if I ask what reeds you run and do you use that extra metal guide piece that goes over the pedals?
