Just got done sewing 2 fenders one front and one rear. The front came in 5pcs from previous owner and was smart enough to keep all the pcs but 1 and the rear fender was cracked in 3 different spots. 100 zip ties used on these. One thing is for sure that stiching these up is not fun or easy. Also started the paint process on all four except the tub since previous owner thought his idea of painting the over the white with black was cool and custom. Hours of sanding and 2 cans of flat white all that is missing is one more can to finish off. Let me know what you all think. Any pointers are gladly accepted. Thanks.

Now onto my prized possesion... The Pilot. Got the new lights installed 9led square light, custom made front bumper w/skid plate by Luke former ATV Racing mechanic, full skid plate, and suspension seat mounted with heat shield. Next on my wish list is race clutch, and pipe. Thoughts, suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

The lights. Not sure the watts or brand, but the price was right!

What kind of paint did you use on the fenders? If you used a good plastic paint (not that there is any GOOD paint these days) it should work fine. Krylon Fusion seems to work pretty well.

Nick, yes I used krylon fusion. I figured why not spend the extra .50cents and buy the better paint. I picked it up @ oriely's for $5.99 then i found out Walmart has it for around $4.

Is that a Corbeau seat in the Pilot? Your gonna love it, those fabric Beard seats suck when it rains.

I would run the Comet Duster 94c clutch on the FL350. I have had a few and they served me well, springs can be changed for different engagements.
