Love those side air dams. Looks like they're far enough forward that they avoid the front tire mud fling. |

Fill the hole where your puller bolt and pin goes with oil or grease then insert the push pin then put some teflon tape on the threads of the bolt and screw it in and put the impact to it, should pop the clutch off, be warned if you use oil the oil might splatter all over the place, the idea is to use the grease or oil to fill ALL of the cavity in the clutch that the puller is not filling when you tighten the bolt since you cant compress a fluid or the grease it will build pressure and help force the clutch off. If that don't work you can assume it rusted slightly so dump out the oil and fill it with PB Blaster put the puller back in try again if it don't come off leave it set over night with the pressure on (bolt in) under the pressure it should force the PB Blaster to where it needs to be to free up the rust, next day remove the bolt top off the fluid try again. |

First post a detailed, clear pictures of your clutch so we can identify it then tell you about the puller, each clutch type, brand, make model of clutch requires a different puller. |

Pro-atv•oddyman wrote: And I'm from delaware That looks like a quick shift clutch I don't know much about them a quick Google search and I found this site that list a bunch of sled clutch pullers http://www.receng.com/servlet/the-SNOWM ... Categories Scroll down and look at the quick shift listing looks like it takes a 3/4" fine thread bolt, if it was my clutch I would go buy one see if it will thread into the clutch, if it does measure the full depth of the hole then crank the bolt in as far as you can do the math see what length push pin you need between the end of the bolt and the end of the hole in the crank find yourself a punch of the right diameter and cut it to length now you have a puller. Keep searching if its not a 3/4 fine thread bolt. This guy wants 37 bux for a puller you can make for the cost of a bolt and a 6.00 punch http://www.ebay.com/itm/Clutch-puller-Q ... 0270843356 Search this site for clutch puller look at the pics find something you like click on the pic then click the pic again and it will load up the discussion about that puller you can lean a lot by searching here and reading. https://www.google.com/search?q=clutch+ ... 67&bih=657 For example this thread viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7163
