the trx 450r fans is not very big, plus its very bulky, the rad is not that big in my opinion. this is the best pic i have of the fan and rad

ok, my 670 kit shipped today, my radiator shipped today, my hose reducers shipped today, and my gas tank shipped today. :-) :-) :-)

I'll be starting a build post next week :-)

they make two different size civic radiator ports

I may not need them then :-) better to have and not need then to need and not have :-)

I have a four day weekend next weekend and hope to have it about 90% complete by then end of it

My fairly stock pilot seized up last weekend. Now I'm looking at the Rotax conversions (583/670) by Emanuel. Any thoughts on the project so far? I'll take as much help/advice as you're willing to give. We have another trip to the dunes planned for June and I need it running good by then.
