I just bought two fl350 one is gonna be stock just sent the jug out to get bored anyhow didn't have another stock fl350 so might as well tinker with the frame . Had a 98 xc700 suspension was shot hood was broke so I took the good Engine out . Claims of 120hp got me excited for the frame that takes around 40hp stock just like big engines in small frames I guess .

Yeah that's how it all starts :-) power to weight ratio should be fun, don't forget to make sure your brakes (all 4 wheels) are in great condition you will need them, the first thing I noticed when I took my 440 Pilot for a ride was "I need more brakes" you build speed so much easier and faster with all the new found power, ask other Engine swappers

Just be careful, I would advise rolling on the throttle. I broke a VW type I output shaft from a similar Engine setup and now have upgraded to type II

Have any more Engine mount pictures. I don't know what is up with that first picture but its playing tricks with my mind thinking what you did. Engine behind the trans? that Engine will never see the 120 HP with the exhaust the way it is. 2 strokes need the pipe to make all of the claimed power. Some more than others.

Only way to make the ody reliably hold up to that much power without having to baby it is to put in an entire different transmission/axles.

This is correct. That exhaust will never let you see that engines potential.
You need the 2 stroke pipe...

I don't think there is a problem with the way the transmission is sitting as far as operation goes, but i think it would be much easier and cleaner job if you put the Engine back in the stock location, that way you can use the 2 stroke pipe and don't have the carbs sticking out the rear of the frame. Im guessing its going to be a wheelieing sum bitch and with your carbs sticking out the back you are going to knock them off sometime.

Can you modify pipe? This is what I did to my conversion. The one thing I did
change, was to remove the tab on the chamber that attached to the Engine.
The pipe should, in my humble opinion, only be mounted to the Engine at the
header with springs. The vibration will crack the pipe mounts. This I believe is how
the Odyssey and Pilot came from the factory.
Regards

Yeah it's not too bad to change I'm gonna get a spare ziptied up to the frame around the axle for a quick change
It was relitvely easy to install 2 axle bolts and top shock bolt removed slides right in
