I am waiting for my pilot to arrive with shipper (trucket)!!! For this moment i have only received some parts.

What kind of races, have a link?

What other machines will you be racing against, don't they race some Drakarts in your area of the world?

Where are you having the Pilot shipped from, who did you buy it from?

That's very cool. Makes me want to go out and buy another race car LOL.
The video of the ice racing reminds me of when I used to race cars as we would go ice racing in the off season. From the boxes of parts you have it looks like you will have a lot of work ahead of you.

Cant read the numbers, wonder if the Power Bloc belts are still available, wonder if they are for the Pilot or another application that was 'close enough' then used.

His Engine is a 500cc Yamaha snowmobile twin cylinder. He had a thread here installing it. Exhaust was done very poorly

Engine is anywhere from a 95-98. they came with arround 85HP. good reliable Engine. They were in the MXZ 440 LC & mxzx 440 sleds. the rave valves and exhaust may be interchangeable with the 583 engines that are easy to find, but i cant tell you for sure. your best bet would be to find a skidoo forum to join and ask those guys that know sleds alot better. dootalk.com is a good place.

Hi, in reality this Engine doesn´t have RAVE, it´s from 1980. It is a successful Engine nevertheless?

And my pilot is arrived!

I am running the type 454 ROTAX in my Pilot conversion mine is a even older version than the one your showing in the pictures, it should be a solid 85HP, depending on the year they even had a 92 or 95HP version.
Some of my 440 conversion is here http://www.pilotodyssey.com/new440.htm

I would not buy that Engine unless I was able to inspect it in person its appearance looks like it was stored outside in a very humid environment you can see the aluminum in the exhaust is corroded the inside of the exhaust manifold is rusted, you also need to make sure your getting the entire wiring harness, ignition system and exhaust system for the sled that Engine came out of, being overseas your probably better off to buy the farr kit, its not very well refined its lack of design and refinement forces you to mount your fuel tank and coolant system in the worst of places but it is a kit.

Indeed the Engine was settled on a aeroglisseur and I' m not going to buy it.
Îve tried the buggy with the 500CR Engine and it works really well so I will start championship with it and will have it changed if it´s low performance.

More pictures.

Very nice machine.
I see a picture of your shop and you have another pilot in there as well as a fl350.
Looks like you have more than one machine to ride. Lucky.
You said you are making fiberglass fenders --- why ??
