the chokes are crap on those carbs they don't pull fuel that's why everyone uses this

i would personally ditch the oil pump just remove it plus you know your fuel is properly mixed

I have it, but i don't know what it is for.

It's called a primer. They work really good. Here is how it works.

my choke works fine.

i removed the oil pump and run a premis at 32:1. maybe a little rich for some but plugs are cheap. I have yet to foul one.

you need to get a OEM manual for the skidoo it will have the wiring diagrams and plumbing diagrams. you must wire the skidoo Engine up to run.

here is a quote from my post on how i wired my 670

1. Rotax regulator red wire to 12v+ in run which would be the black wire at the pilot regulator or you could use the pilot black & white wire to the pilot CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition)
2. Rotax regulator Yellow wire to yellow wire on rotax stator
3. rotax regulator green wire to yellow wire on rotax stator
4. rotax CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) black & white wire to ground to kill the Engine. i did this with the "off/run" switch. My machine runs in "off" i cut the wires originally going to the switch and soldered them together. I then run one end the switch to ground and the other to the stator on the rotax.

I used a 180F switch to turn my fan on and off.

Good for you as I purchased the same kit from FARR too but we have 18" of snow on the ground and it's about 20 degrees out side so I'm just collecting parts right now and waiting on the weather. Where in France are you located as my son-in-law is from TOURS(central France I believe)?

Looking good. I'm so impressed with your fiberglass work on the fenders and side panels. I hope they hold up well. I wonder if they would be less resistant to chips I they were coated with rubber truck bed liner?

Why did you change to foot brake?

The sheet of steel or aluminum behind you seat needs some louvers to allow air flow, not very aerodynamic.

Keep the updates coming I enjoy watching your build.

Yeah great job on the glass.

Just wondering if those nets meet your racing requirements? They look like they wouldn't do much to stop anything.

Looking forward to seeing some racing video.

Hi,

Brakes on the foot, sheet of steel behind thenseat and the net are required for racing over here.
