Got that part but the yellow wires go to the pilot regulator and I unplug the pilot CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition)? Is the black/yellow wire from the Rotax stator is kill wire to my 12v 5 pin relay?
Thanks

remove the pilot CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition)

you no longer need it

Yes and no. You will need to wire a temp switch to the head of the 583. run a wire off the batery and use the switch as a ground. If you keep the pilot rad the fan will still work but it will run hot with the 583. I would wire it to the key to run all the time

Okay, That's good info. So is the Black/yellow wire that's with the two yellow wires from the stator the rotax kill switch wire?
Thanks

No. The kill wire comes out of the CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition)

I have a tach, looks just like Nitrosports, and wanted to know how to connect it. It has two yellow wires connected together and two yellow/black wires connected together in a two wire connector?
Thanks
