Just got the design finalized on these and I can't wait to check the fit. I found a seller on Ebay who does custom covers and other bling for atv's. If the fit is good and there is any interest I will post his info here. These are the first ones he is making for my Pilot, a Pilot project... Lol. It's only the CAD drawing for now, stay tuned and comment on the design good or bad.

I remember those too, very nice. My covers went from being designed on CAD to machined in less than 24 hours... Can't say enough about this guy!! Was a total of two days since first contact with him, now I wait for shipping, then I will report back.

Got my brake covers today, they fit perfectly. I originally found this guy making covers for the trx250r, and dimensionally they seemed the same. Took a chance and all is great. Check him out at: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mikes-Cu ... ts&fref=ts And be creative with your design. Cost me $47 for two covers... Shipped! Seems reasonable to me.

Just a heads up, these covers(check out the 400 ones!!) are now for sale on EBay. His name is Mike and he will make covers of your own design for the same price as the add. Just send him a pic of your idea on a drawing. Save a little money by dealing with him on Facebook as well. They fit great and add a custom touch if that's your thing. Post up your ideas and covers when you get them so we all can see what you've come up with. He also does other custom work for Atv's, as simple as sending him a drawing with dimensions.
