Hi all, I worked with a seller on EBay to get these made, frame decals to replace damaged or missing model/year decals. Mine was missing due to powder coating the frame. I found he sold a lot of other frame decals for Honda's but not the FL400R's so I bugged him to make these too. I do not know if they are the correct size, mine was missing, but I am going to use it anyways. Help support him as he did this for us Pilot owners, and I can bug him to make FL350 ones too, he already makes FL250 if you need. Available for 1989 and 1990's. TB.

That's fantastic TB!
I'm in to support as some of my pilots have scratched stickers that could use replacing. Does the seller customize the date or are they all the same date? May I ask if you could please post the ebay link.

I could also use the other stickers too! Any resource to get the others?

The measurements I came up with on my sticker are 5/8" tall and 3-3/16" wide. Hope this helps!

I have about 3/4 of mine on my FL350, I told him they are probably just a standard size no matter what model from Honda. We should be real close and after all they are reproductions. I have no original decals on my machine but if you guys can post up pic's of all of them with measurements I will talk to a guy who makes the FL350 warning labels or another source that does Honda Quads. I thought someone would like these :-)

All the true die hard pilot owners know the difference between the 89 and 90;)
Better make sure you put the correct sticker on the correct year pilot you have!

Can anyone tell us if they have an 89 with the production date of 88 like these stickers?
Both my 89s have different months, but the year is 89.
My 2 90s have different months, but the year is 89.

I see a range of vin#'s on Service Honda's site to identify the year as well(not sure how accurate). I was told mine was an '89 but haven't checked the Vin yet, and all the identifiers for a 90 may have been removed from my frame(like my park brake handle mounts) I never thought to ask the seller about different manufacturing dates as I had no clue when mine was made with the decal missing. It was an "if I could just get one!!" Kinda selfish thing but I ended up baiting him with a higher demand because I suspected others would be wanting them like me. I could care less about the $10.50 they cost, where else you gonna get them....Just ask him about the dates, doesn't hurt as that's how I got these made in the first place, I asked.

Well now I am really hoping he does different dates, never thought about concours restorations, date, size, texture, colours.... Lol. I may have gotten myself in trouble here... I have an '89 on order, so someone buy one who has an original to compare to so we know. I will be the first one with an '88 Pilot I guess... There I said it!! Lmao. The guys that lost their decals probably won't know when it was made anyways. I just wanted the 1989 FL400R part, damnit!! I should of had him make FL500R!!!!
