I'll.get some pictures posted soon. As for the foam it actually worked well. I thought too that it would be too stiff. But the rest of the seat is pirty hard so it evens out nicely. Now keep.this in mind. I did this due to time and $$$. A ten year old won't mind it like others. Trying to get this project wrapped up ASAP so it seemed worth trying.

I would also be interested in seeing pics of the seat. Mine is pretty cracked up. Anybody tried to use the seat covers I've seen on E-Bay?

Good outfit to deal with and it is high quality.

Finally got a chance to work on this project. We got the steering, controller, wiring, and cables installed. Still need a bunch of small things but we did get it fired up. Hopefully in the next few weeks we can take it for a spin.

Still have to do work on the rear shocks, battery box, brakes, wiring, and wheels and tires. But this project has still cost me less than a grand.

Today he finally got to ride it! It has been a very busy year so little progress had been made. Until today. I had it fired up last weekend but I was having issues with the carb overflowing. After I got that straightened out it fires up and runs great. I have some straight rims that hopefully will get painted this week and new tires for the front. He's one very happy kid!

Just a few more things left to do on this. It needs the wheels and tires painted and installed, new battery, headlights, and I think I'll add some of that sandpaper like grip tape to the foot tub to help keep it nice. The painted plastic just isn't very durable. Overall I'm pirty happy with how it came out. It feels tight brakes work well clutches engage properly. Thanks again to Mudbogger and duneit's for parts to make this happen!
