picked this up off of ebay this week. the only picture he had posted was the first one here. unfortunately its not as clean as i had thought. all the tires are junk and its missing the rear caliper and rotor. the Engine was obviously swapped out with some kind of Chinese 4 stroke. the plan is to clean this up for my daughter like we did on the burn project. i recently acquired a 470 rotax sled for practically nothing. so i plan on using that as the power plant for this build. as you see there is a nice long list off obvious issues that will need to be addressed.

The side view of that top cage looks like it has never been rolled. I bet that frame is square and good. |

The frame looks decent. It doesn't look abused only neglected. They did cut out the section of frame in the Engine bay and crudely reinstalled it. |

As for your rear caliper I did do some looking a while ago and maybe you could fit one of these somehow. http://www.wilwood.com/Calipers/Caliper ... %20Caliper http://www.wilwood.com/Images/Caliper/I ... -cm-lg.jpg or this one: http://www.wilwood.com/calipers/Caliper ... o=120-9234 I don't see a rotor on that thing so it looks like you will have to cut one your self. I have been looking for years trying to find a replacement for the FL350 rotor and no go. I found one close but they didn't give enough dimensions for me do be sure. |

I may have a caliper I'll have to dig through my stuff. The rotor I may just have some cut out. |

I see another issue there. It looks like the faggot drilled out the output shaft on the transmission and then drilled two holes to put bolts through. Some people shouldn't be allowed to touch tools. How do the homo's get a job. If Trump really wants to save America then all he has to do is deport some of these "mechanics" to North Korea so they can build rockets. |

Yes it's got two bolt holes drilled into that shaft. I'll probably just weld them up. I don't think it will be an issue. If it becomes one I'll swap out the shaft. Or I'll make a new shaft to accept the snowmobile driven clutch. |

Unfortunately whoever attempted this Engine swap cut that shaft down to less than an inch long. So I'll need to find a replacement for sure. I'm surprised by some things on this Odyssey. It has rust here and there but just about every nut and bolt were preserved quite nicely. All the cables are here and free. The axles feel tight. No major damage to the frame.

The "mechanic" needs to be shot with his own poo |

I agree. Whatever drugs he was on must have been good ones. To even think of putting a 125cc 4 stroke in this is completely absurd. |

Got a chance to chip away the poo from this thing. I was very surprised to find that every cable was free and functioning properly. And all were accounted for! The frame is extremely straight with very little rust. All the suspension feels tight shocks and axles feel good. Its a great candidate for the rotax. So far I have about $700 into this total.

Looks like the holes were "drilled" with torch. |

Yea unfortunately the input shaft was cut shorter than I had thought. I'll have to find a replacement |
