the other one to where the wire and blue wire was at. Don’t forget this is a rotax conversion buggy. I’m lost on it still. When the buggy is running if I press the start button that will shut

I am confused now also....

It looks like you don't have the Black/Brown hooked up to anything, clean cut.

Your going to need a meter to ring out the wires now that they are all cut and not labeled. It wont matter if it is a rotax swap or not, those wires serve the same purpose regardless of Engine.

Are you running any lights on the buggy?

I figured out the wiring. On the start button you have a yellow red wire and a black white wire. Fl350 wire harness has 2 solid black wire. Connected one of the solid black wires to the black and white wire and worked

Also on rotax wire harness I needed to run 2 wires from the kill switch and one goes to the white blue wire where the white/blue wire is on the coil. And the other wire connect to the white/blue wire I took off the coil.

Black and brown wire isn’t needed for anything because a ran a new wire from the kill switch to the coil

Would anyone happen to know what screw cap I could use for farrs fuel cell cap for the oil resovoir? The one that came with the conversion kit is plastic and just using it only a few times is chewed up. Plastic threaded into metal isn’t so great. Any information on the thread type and size would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Has anyone done power steering to there odyssey’s? I want to do one but don’t want to have any welding required due to already getting powder coat done.

I know this thread is old, but do you have any idea what kind of money you have stuck into this project? I've been drooling over this build for awhile now and love the way it turned out. I'm on farr's website every other day looking through the kits and just haven't been able to pull the trigger yet. I've done some calculating on my own and got around the 9k dollar mark or so.

Hahaha well thank you. I put a lot of time effort and money into it but was all worth it. I’m even still doing just real REAL fine tuning on every little wire and line mounted a certain way that I like it. As well as side panels and a hood for it. I have no idea how much money was invested into it. Alls I do know is it was all worth it. And every extra step I did is definitely recommended. “Powder coating”. Really depends on what your looking for. Do you just want better control than the front suspension is a good idea. Great steering. If suspension is a concern and your doing stuff like jumping than rear suspension should be thought about. Rotax conversion is INSANE. The difference in power is no joke. I see some people with rotax conversions but no front end conversion which I think is nuts. Everyone who has done these conversions haven't regretted it. Decent amount of work but worth it.

Here’s a little update on “add ons” here and there. Side panels I seen on eBay. I purchased the kit from the seller. Extended side panels and a hood. All aluminum. Well the purchase was over 6 months ago and he sent me the side panels but no hood. Rlm145. Anyone know of him or purchased his aluminum kits? He won’t respond back to me. It been awhile now. I’m a bit concerned. Not to many honest people these days.

Yeah, really trying to get rid of the sketchy front end for sure, plus getting disc brakes is huge too. If I do anything, it will be the whole package like you did. Everything just looks so good together. Cheers!
