Just finished two 350s, both have the front and rear Farr suspension kits, both have the Farr 670 rotax conversions, one is the HO, and then I added power steering to one of them courtesy of Methodical Fabricator. PS was a must for me on this one, tore up my shoulder in a nasty dirt bike crash combined with 12 deg pos caster made it a bear to steer. Next up is a 800cc pilot using another Farr kit, and another 350 Farr build like these only its only a 500cc rotax.

Your stuff always looks so clean, like that’s the way it originally came.

Looks like some nice work. Could you post a few more pictures of the power steering. I bought a power steering unit form my pilot and need to install it.

Amazing work.

What are your thoughts on the 670 Farr kit? Did you buy the kit with motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) included?

I have bought it both ways, I like the 670s the best for the high speed desert riding I do and the readily available parts

If you talk to him nicely he might make you a kit, easy to install with only one weld.

10 in, the shock bodies are Fox from a XP 900, the springs are from a 800, made the retainers on a lathe.

Post subject:  Re: Just finished two, starting two more this spring

One thing that will help with the steering effort is the front rims, my kits are setup for a 10x5 front rim with a 3+2 offset if your rims have a 2+3 offset you are adding an inch to the scrub radius which will make the steering harder. I was under the false impression a while back thinking that a 2+3 rim could be run on either side but the profile of most rims is not same on both sides. When you choose a rim offset like 3+2, it is the first number in this case the 3 that mounts on the hub face, and the valve is on the 2 side.
