So last April I picked up a pilot for next to nothing. Half the Engine was missing and what was left was rusty and corroded from being left out in the elements. I didn’t care I was just excited to get my hands on my first Pilot in 25ish years! Got it home evaluated what was missing and quickly started sourcing parts.... but because life happens the project pilot got pushed aside to things like job changes and my wife getttkng pregnant with our first kid. After the baby came in Jaunady we decided me staying at home with the baby would be the best option for us. Moral of the story I’ve had NO TiME to get back to this sad pilot. Well as the school year winds down I’m staring to have a little more free time and have been able to breathe live back into the project! Pulled the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) and am going to just replace it with another that I have. A freshly powder coated power pros rev pipe, 102c, carbon reeds, and 39mm carb are already sitting on the shelf so this should go quick and I’m pumped to see this neglected lady return to her ass kicking former glory!!

Front wheel bearings tight? Hoses, belt look good? Probably wouldn't hurt to try and pull those axles unless it’s got a ton of rust.

I don’t even know where to begin with straightening a frame.

Hey Malcolm!

I was the guy who commented on your Disco... lol

You can take it to a frame shop and have them do it, that's what I would do at least.
