Hey All,
I've posted some of these pics here before but figured I'd start a new thread in projects b/c it was def. a project!

I think the pics show the progression of things fairly well...hard rides & rolls in MD = broken frames and a need for a touch-up. ECJ kicks ass anyway!

Enjoy!

Edit - I f'd up the order :-)

Looks real nice. Any info on how you built/bought the hood and body panels? What did you do to straighten the frame? Like the Realtor rear tires?

Gary,
I bought the hood from vroom. He had it on a project Ody he was parting out. Made out of fiberglass in 3 pieces. I rivited it together. I also cut holes in the front so I could mount the stock bumper on it. I use the bumper a lot and couldn't believe the hood design didn't leave room for it. I can take up close pics of the hood if you know anyone who can make fiberglass panels. I really like it!! Keeps most water out and should keep me warmer in the winter!

I bought a new frame/cage. Mark (KingKX) straightened the frame a little using a chain and his truck. Cut out the broken area's and welded the weak spots. that's his project buggy with a 750 in it.

Missed the last question. I love the realtors! Tons of grip. Good in mud, hard pack, sand, snow. Very durable. Only flats I got were from tearing the valve stems or punturing the tubes I had put in.

I heard puresport went out of business though??? There was a guy selling a set on ebay for $90 last time I bought. He had a ton of them.
