What machine is he doing the mods to?

A pilot, Maybe AKpilot could make his telescopic in the middle and get the best of both worlds, could do it on the width as well :-)

Got my kit as well, I ordered the LT kit which came with the upper brackets, to say the least I am very impressed, the kit is preset from Tom for caster and is a direct bolt on, being 2+ there is no need for shitty hiems like Liewire uses which lockup when steering. The directions are very clear, color coordinatted for the "shade tree mecanic" in the group.

Update, did some more adjusting today on the Pilots NEW +2" arms, tried using YODA's instructions above and it didnt work out I still had to make major changes, it was a lot closer on Mudbogger's CO Pilot, I assume my frame is bent some place, not surprised that Pilots been to hell and back, besides that is the whole idea of having adjustable arms, if you crash and burn on a ride trip and bend something chances are you can make some adjustments and continue riding straighten out the damaged parts when you get home..

I would say its about 95% right before I do any more adjusting I would like to hear from others how and what they are measuring from to set theirs up, for the caster I used a angle finder against the front of the ball joints at ride height and set them to 0 degrees, I measured the wifes stock Pilot and that is what it measured...

For the camber I put the angle finder on 2 of the lug nuts that were vertical, on the stock Pilot it was also 0 degrees so that is what I set mine at.

As usual I eye balled the toe in.

Seems to handle close to how my old +2" arms handled but its still not exactly right.

Running around the house here I managed to get the front suspension to bottom out I need to add more oil in the front shocks.

How are you guys adjusting?

Andoh where is your post on your suspension mods you give adjustment hints and tips?
