The more this thing comes apart the more surprises show up. Pulled the side panels off and found more frame welding. I thought it was a repair before, but now I think it's been stretched. Can someone give me a measurement from the front of the rear swingarm mount to the center of the front lower j-arm mount.

Best estimate is that this is stretched about 6.5". Someone measure theirs so I can confirm.
thanks.

perfect timing, been working on two of mine today. measured them both, i get 51 and 1/2 on both. I am thinking about stretching my sled project, my knees are always slightly bent in the 350. do you have any pics of where yours was stretched?

Green tape shows where the frame has been sectioned. I'll assume that the front downtubes from the roof have been replaced with longer pieces of tubing because there doesn't seem to be any pieces added and the mirror mounts aren't there.

This is not the way to do it if more leg room is the goal. The seat mounts, move forward this way, the shifter had to be remounted as the cables were too short, park brake was mia when
i got it. I'll assume that they did this to make room for the way they had the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) mounted and the ginormous expansion chamber they had on it. I have since moved the motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) and used a different pipe. Moved the seat back 2 inches, moved the steering column back all in attempts to give me enough leg room for a foot throttle.
