Well almost done with the project. I still need to make a front bumper and a skid plate. It is now drivable and now the Engine and clutch tuning begins. I will say with what tuning I have done so far you can not keep the front end on the ground on asphalt. Here is the photobucket link:

Yea the latest pics did not come out well. May have to use the digital camera in lieu of the phone. No worries on the shaft. You will get it done eventually lol. I can relate to AK on the Wildcat project. I have done so much work on my Commander that the Pilot fell way behind schedule.

The Rad is a Desol (Honda I believe) replacement. The Fan and Overflow can are universal. All items were purchased off Ebay.

NaH! No real updates. Been way too cold here for testing. About the only changes are I am getting ready to make the skid plate, well as soon as I learn how to use my new AC/DC TIG Welder that is!

I went with an Everlast 250 EX w/the 300 water cooler. I also have one of their Supercut 50P Plazma cutters that works well. I know they are China products however they come with a 5 year parts and labor Warranty and are a 1/3 the price of an American made unit. If I was using one every day then I would have went with the Red or Blue. I have a Lincoln SP175 MIG That I have run at least 50#s of wire thru so it was worth the extra money's.

What tuned pipe is that?

I do not know who made it. I bought it off a guy that got it in a bunch of Drakart parts he bought. It was for a Skidoo motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) used in one of the Drakarts. I had to pie cut it in a few places to make it fit the Pilot. I had a double core muffler made by Aaon.

Hey guys, its been awhile since I have been here. Hope all are well. Main reason is i have been out of the Pilots pretty much after I built this one. So I am looking to sell it as I have only about an hour of seat time in it. I am also looking to sell my cr500 long travel Pilot. I have lots of parts to sell. Giving the forum first shot before it all goes on evilbay (as Hoser would say LOL)

700 rotax pilot - $10,500.00

Cr500 pilot. - $6,500.00

Both for $15,000.
