Well, after another late night session of drunken E-bay chicken i've found myself my next project pilot, this one is not as bad as the last one and is going to get used for a few months before a complete winter strip-down and re-build.

Everything seems to be in relatively good order, but it needs the A-arm sperical bearings and seals doing and the clutch and belt are worn, but all the parts needed were supplied with it when i picked it up, so a little work and lots of powdercoating to do but nothing major, happy days!!

The clutch supplied is a powerbloc which i have not got any experience with, so if anybody out there can advise as to how many weights i need to put in to get me started, i'm listening. its a bog standard machine and will be used for general trail riding so i would like it to have a similar take-up to the factory clutch.
Also what are Dayco belts like as they are thinner than the OEM belt straight out of the packet, i know nothing is better than the honda part but are the Dayco's good to use??

Nice your accumulating quite the fleet........... on the A arm bearings once the snap ring pops out it never seems to want to stay in again we all change over to polly bushings Im sure someone here would send you a set. going by memory I think 11 to 13 weights on the power bloc clutch I believe I run 11 (its been awhile since I checked).

this link wont work maybe hoser can check it. http://www.pilotodyssey.com/PO/view ... e+bushings
